Chris Petersen - Strategic Alliance
After earning his Ph.D. in
Measurement, Chris served as Director of Adult Education at Concordia University
in Montreal. Upon returning to the United States in 1983, he was a founding partner
of Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), and currently serves as Senior Partner
and CEO.
Chris
has been a leading edge retail consultant and analyst for the past twenty five
years. He has created a legacy of achieving measurable retail results for Fortune
500 technology clients including: Adobe, AT&T, Compaq, Dell, Hewlett Packard,
IBM, Kodak, Microsoft, Packard Bell, Sony, Xerox.
Chris
understands retail from the inside out. He has literally worked on the retail
sales floor to create sustainable processes that transform the consumer experience.
He has led a varity of IMS retail projects and initiatives with Best Buy, Circuit
City, Darty, NFM, Sony Style stores.
Chris
is the "father" of the IMS Retail University. Through Retail U workshops
and strategic briefings, Chris is able to share best practices and critical success
factors for competing profitably in today's retail market place. Over 12,000 "graduates"
from 31 countries have now attended a IMS Retail University event, briefing or
seminar.
