Fiona Dias - Principal Digital Partner
Fiona Dias serves as Principal Digital Partner at Ryan Retail Consulting, a global consulting firm. In her role, she is focused on improving our clients' effectiveness in all channels: stores, online, mobile, social and call centers.

Fiona is a digital leader with a passion for e-commerce, online marketing and omni-channel strategies. As an Internet industry veteran and a seasoned business and consumer marketer of more than 25 years, she has successfully advised many global retailers and manufacturers with their digital growth strategies.

Most recently, Fiona was Chief Strategy Officer of ShopRunner, an online shopping membership program offering an alternative to Amazon Prime. ShopRunner offers unlimited fast free shipping and free return shipping across a network of hundreds of stores. ShopRunner is an investment of Alibaba Group, the world's biggest e-commerce company.

Previously, she was EVP Strategy & Marketing for GSI Commerce, the top provider of e-commerce technologies, marketing solutions, call center services and fulfillment operations to hundreds of brands. As strategic planning leader, she delivered industry insight, innovation, best practices, strategic services and executive counsel to clients. GSI Commerce was acquired by eBay.

Before GSI Commerce, Fiona was EVP & Chief Marketing Officer of Circuit City and President of CircuitCity.com. Under her leadership, Circuit City pioneered "buy online, pick up in store" for the retail industry. Prior to Circuit City, Fiona held senior marketing positions at PepsiCo, Quaker State and Procter & Gamble.

Fiona serves or has served on the board of directors of many public companies including: Qurate Retail Group (3rd largest US e-commerce company), Realogy Holdings Corporation (the global leader in residential real estate), Advance Auto Parts (a leading automotive parts retailer & distributor), Home Shopping Network and Choice Hotels.

She is an informative keynote speaker at Internet conferences and prominent industry commentator frequently cited in the press including CNBC, CBS, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, USA Today, Business Week and Internet Retailer.

Fiona graduated from Harvard University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
