Peter Bromage - Consultant
Peter has worked in the IT and consumer
electronics industries for over 30 years. During this time he has held many senior
positions including VP Sales, Europe for AST Computer, General Manager EMEA for
Motorola Paging Division & Managing Director of Packard Bell UK. He managed
the day to day relationship with DSGi for 7 years on behalf of Packard Bell and
was a key member of the team responsible for growing the business ten-fold during
this period, establishing Packard Bell as DSGi's largest supplier in 1996 and
1997. In addition Peter has filled several interim assignments, assisting a variety
of IT businesses ranging from start-ups to major corporations. Peter spent a year
working with Epson in the UK helping to consolidate and restructure their business
sales teams from product to market focus. He also worked with a large UK HR consultancy
to develop and lead their SME proposition to market.
Peter
is a strategist with strong sales and marketing skills and is comfortable with
new technology and helping companies establish a foothold in the competitive European
marketplace. He has considerable experience in dealing with the principal mass-merchants
in the UK and has day to day contact with the primary IT resellers in the UK.
